The author has a gift for explaining important gospel concepts and tieing them in with antienltly known yoga and meditation practices. I truly love this book - the colorful pictures, the quotes, the life-changing stories. I could add my own to how kundalini yoga has benefitted me! I will be referring to this book often!

I was introduced and taught Kundalini Yoga by this author so it is no surprise I love the book and her amazing way of teaching. As I waited for this book to be written I read a few other books as I yearned for more insight into this awesome technique that has been life changing. Some I did not like and I really enjoyed "Meditation as Medicine" and "A Woman's Book of Meditation" but still felt like there was something more I wanted out of book. I wanted an ultra inclusive manual. This book is that for me and more. Not only does she speak to my Christ centered LDS perspective beautifully and simply but there is a wealth of depth on each page. She also includes essential oil suggestions which I was craving. This coupled with her online classes and in person retreats provides a perfect package of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
